It has a 1/4 inch (6.35mm) chuck, and has a three-speed motor which lets you choose a speed up to 3250RPM. It achieves a maximum impact rate of 3000 impacts per minute. The DEWALT DCF887N Impact Driver is a cordless tool, meaning you can take it wherever you need to and not have to worry about power socket access. It has a highly manoeuvrable design and takes an 18V lithium-ion battery (which is sold separately). You might have a suitable battery already if you have other cordless DEWALT tools.
