The Makita DTW1002Z Impact Wrench is a powerful tool which has a maximum tightening torque of 1000Nm and a nut busting torque of 1600Nm. It has a 1/2 inch square driving shank and is compatible with M12 to M30 standard bolts and M10 to M24 high tensile bolts. The Makita DTW1002Z Impact Wrench has a cordless design, giving you plenty of freedom, as well as excellent manoeuvrability. It takes an 18V lithium-ion LXT battery which is sold separately. Such a battery is compatible with other cordless Makita tools, so you might have one already. We like the tool's electric brake which quickly/softly stops its rotation. We also like its twin LED lights.
