The Makita DRT50ZJ Router is a powerful tool with a cordless and easy to use design. It has constant speed control which allows for both consistent and reliable performance. The router is also compatible with dust extractors, letting you enjoy a clean work space. It features a collet capacity of 3/8 inch and 1/4 inch, a plunge capacity (trimmer) between 0mm and 40mm, and a plunge capacity (plunge) between 0mm and 35mm.

The Makita DRT50ZJ Router is battery powered. It takes an 18V lithium-ion LXT battery which is sold separately. You might already have one if you've used cordless Makita tools before. In terms of accessories, the router comes with a trimmer base, two hex wrenches, a dust nozzle for the trimmer base, a straight guide, and a carry case.
